FIXED SHIPPING RATES

The costs of shipping, packaging and logistic preparation of the parcel are always the same for each order destined in Peninsular Spain and amount to € 7.43 + VAT (€ 8.99 VAT included) regardless of the weight and volume of it. That is, the shipping cost of each order will always be the same, whether it is an order with many references or another with a single item. This shipping cost associated with the order can always be viewed before proceeding to pay for it. 

For destinations in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as destinations outside of Spain, the shipping cost will be calculated according to the weight, volume and destination of the order. The customer will receive a personalized quote for their order plus the associated shipping cost, which can be accepted and formalized or otherwise canceled without any associated cost. CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF ORDERS

In general, orders are shipped within 24 working hours after receipt of payment. MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. undertakes to deliver, through its trusted transport suppliers, the products in perfect condition at the delivery address that appears on the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, we appreciate that you indicate an address where the order can be delivered within the usual working hours of the transport agencies, as well as a phone, preferably mobile, that is operational. 

All products that we offer in our online store www.oldnewbikes.com are in stock, except those where expressly indicated otherwise. Due to the different characteristics of our products, there are different preparation times for shipments and different transit times depending on the size and volume of the merchandise. Once you are ready, you will receive a notification of the departure of the merchandise. 

For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the product (s) have been "delivered" at the moment of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.

TRACKING OF THE ORDER

The notification that you will receive from the order will include the name of the transport company, as well as the order tracking number if said company offers this service. 

In the event that there is no one at the address provided to make the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and / or contact the recipient to arrange a new delivery. 

CLAIMS ON SHIPMENTS

The goods travel assured. At the time of delivery the person who receives the goods must check that the packaging is in good condition and the number of packages matches the one detailed on the delivery note. If you notice obvious damage to the packaging or any sign of tampering, you must indicate it on the delivery note and notify it by email to info@oldnewbikes.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.

In case of loss of the order, MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. will be responsible for the refund of the amount paid or for the re-shipment of a new order.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

The order will not be shipped until the payment has been received.

MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. is not responsible for possible delays once the order has been delivered to the transport company, but will cooperate as much as possible to expedite its delivery. 

In case there is an error in the address provided in which to make the delivery, the customer must take care of any additional charges that may arise.

RETURNS

You can revoke an order within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from delivery of the orderer, prior communication to MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. by email to info@oldnewbikes.com. Within this period it is not necessary to provide any explanation on the reason for the return, which must be postage paid.

If the return is due to an error on our side, please contact us by email at info@oldnewbikes.com and we will pick up the product and send you the correct product or refund the amount of your order, whichever you prefer. In this case, all transportation and management expenses will be at our expense.

In any case, to make a return the product must be in the same conditions in which it was delivered, unused and with its original packaging and labels. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used or are not in their packaging and / or with their original labeling. MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. will not be responsible for lost or damaged products in the transport corresponding to the return process.
