Once the payment is made you will receive a confirmation email as your order has entered the process. The order will be considered cancelled if payment has not been formalized thereof within seven calendar days after ordering.
The current prices are listed on the website when ordering and include applicable VAT of the day of the order but no shipping costs, if any.
Shipping costs, packaging and logistics preparation of the package are fixed for each order to destination in Peninsular Spain and amounted to 6,57 Euros + VAT (7.95 euros including VAT) regardless of weight and volume. So the shipping cost will be always the same, whether the brake pads or a bicycle. The shipping cost associated with the order can always be displayed before proceeding to payment.
For destinations in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and destinations outside of Spain, the shipping cost based on weight, volume and destination of the order will be calculated after receiving the order. Usually the orders are shipped within 24 business hours after having received the payment. MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. undertakes to deliver, through its reliable transportation providers, all the products in perfect conditions in the delivery address shown on the order form. In order to optimize the delivery, please provide an address in which the order can be delivered within the normal working hours, as well as a telephone, preferably mobile, that is operating.
All the products we offer in our online shop www.oldnewbikes.com are in stock, except those where expressly indicated otherwise. Due to the different characteristics of our products, there are different preparation times and different shipments transit times depending on the size and volume of the goods. Once the order is ready, you will receive a notification saying that the goods have been shipped.

You may revoke an order within a period of fourteen days from the delivery date, after notifying MAVIZAR IBERICA, S.L. by email to email@example.com Within this period is not necessary to provide any explanation of the reason for the return, which should make prepaid.
